Ingrédients

For the Crust
  • 36 Oreo cookies divided (24 for crust, 12 for topping)
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
For the Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 12 oz whipped topping thawed
For the Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 12 Oreo cookies crushed (reserved from crust ingredients)

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Food processor or ziplock bag and rolling pin
  • Mixing bowls
  • Electric mixer

Method

  1. Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add milk and mix well. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Return to the refrigerator.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and whipping cream in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. Let cool slightly.
  6. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
