  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup ice optional

Method
 

  1. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  2. Add the banana, peanut butter, protein powder, milk, and ice to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
