Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, mashed bananas, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
