- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, sugar, and water until smooth.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in pecans.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
