For the Turkey
  • 1 bone-in turkey breast (5-6 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil.
  4. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme in a small bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mix evenly over the turkey breast.
  6. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
  7. Roast for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
