  • 1 tbsp butter optional

Method
 

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, and whisk until combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir gently until cooked.

  5. Toast the bread and spread butter if desired.
