Ingrédients
  

For the Nachos
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
For Serving
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer on the prepared sheet pan.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses evenly over the chips.
  4. Top with black beans, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and black olives.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and salsa. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add cooked ground beef or shredded chicken. Adjust jalapeños to your preferred spice level.
