Ingrédients
  

For the Stir Fry
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup carrots julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
For Serving
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice

Equipment

  • Large skillet or wok
  • Cutting board
  • Chef's knife

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic, broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return shrimp to the skillet. Add soy sauce and honey, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  5. Serve hot over cooked brown rice.
