Ingrédients
  

For the Salad
  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
For the Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Small jar with lid

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the salad greens, cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
  2. Slice the cucumber, dice the tomato, and thinly slice the red onion.
  3. Combine the salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  4. In a small jar, add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Close the jar and shake vigorously until the vinaigrette is well combined.
  6. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  7. Serve immediately.
