Ingrédients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 pound Pasta Elbow macaroni or rotini recommended
  • 1 cup Celery Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red onion Finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bell pepper Chopped (any color)
  • 1/4 cup Pickle relish Sweet or dill
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar White or apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Colander
  • Large mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, celery, red onion, bell pepper, and pickle relish.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

You can add other ingredients like hard-boiled eggs, cheese, or cooked chicken to customize your pasta salad.
