Simple Scrambled Eggs

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
  5. As the eggs begin to set, gently push them towards the center with a spatula, allowing uncooked egg to flow to the edges.
  6. Continue cooking and stirring until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

You can add cheese, vegetables, or herbs to the eggs before cooking for added flavor.
