  • 1 tbsp milk optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk (if using), and whisk until well combined.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat until melted.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it sit for a few seconds until the edges start to set.
  4. Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, folding them over until fully cooked but still soft.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
