- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion and mushrooms. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir to combine.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Return the beef to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the sour cream and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over noodles or rice.

Notes
For a richer flavor, you can use cremini mushrooms instead of white mushrooms.
