For the Pork
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
For the Stir Fry
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

Equipment

  • Wok or large skillet
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix sliced pork with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic to make the glaze.
  3. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from wok.
  4. Add broccoli and bell peppers to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Return pork to the wok. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes
