Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook until the spinach wilts.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
