Ingrédients
  

For the Iced Caramel Macchiato
  • 1 shot espresso cooled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce
  • ice
For the Pumpkin Spice Latte
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • whipped cream optional

  • Coffee maker

Method
 

  1. For the Iced Caramel Macchiato, fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add milk and vanilla syrup to the glass.
  3. Pour the cooled espresso over the milk.
  4. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  5. For the Pumpkin Spice Latte, heat milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a saucepan.
  6. Whisk until smooth and hot.
  7. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until frothy.
  8. Pour the coffee into a mug and add the blended milk mixture.
  9. Top with whipped cream if desired.
