  • 1 can diced tomatoes undrained, 14.5 oz
  • 1 can black beans rinsed and drained, 15 oz
  • 1 can corn drained, 15 oz
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, salsa, and chicken broth.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
  5. Shred chicken with two forks before serving.
