- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Spread wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- While wings bake, prepare dips by placing sour cream, ranch dressing, and blue cheese dressing in separate bowls.
- Serve wings hot with dips on the side.
