For the Wings
  • 2 lbs chicken wings split into drumettes and flats
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
For the Dips
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Spread wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  4. While wings bake, prepare dips by placing sour cream, ranch dressing, and blue cheese dressing in separate bowls.
  5. Serve wings hot with dips on the side.
