Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sriracha.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your fillets.
- While the salmon is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the lemon juice.
- Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven. Drizzle the melted butter and lemon juice mixture over the salmon.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of sriracha to control the spice level. This salmon pairs well with rice or steamed vegetables.
