For the Tuna Salad
  • 1 can tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp diced celery
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For Serving
  • 1 large avocado, halved and pitted
  • fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, lemon juice, red onion, celery, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Scoop the tuna salad into the avocado halves.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired.
