- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Assemble the wraps by placing each turkey burger on a lettuce leaf. Top with tomato and red onion slices.
