For the Pinwheels
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz sliced turkey
  • 1 cup baby spinach

Method
 

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Layer turkey slices and baby spinach over the cheese.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces.
