- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Pour in white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat, using reserved pasta water if needed.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
