Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew

Ingrédients
  

For the Cold Brew
  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
  • 4 cups cold water
For the Vanilla Sweet Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

Equipment

  • Mason jar or pitcher
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Cheesecloth or coffee filter

Method
 

  1. Combine the coffee grounds and water in a mason jar or pitcher. Stir well.
  2. Cover and let steep at room temperature for 12 hours or overnight.
  3. Strain the cold brew through a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth or a coffee filter.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream, vanilla syrup, and sugar until slightly thickened.
  5. Fill glasses with ice, pour the cold brew over, and top with the vanilla sweet cream.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less vanilla syrup to the cream.
