Method
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
